I recently booked Amp Me Up to changeover a few ceiling fans. A relatively straight forward job and Logan did a top job! There was an interesting situation that arose on the job and I wanted to praise Logan on the way he handled it. He had detected a concerning earth leakage fault in our home and when doing the work he received a minor shock due to this. He handled this in the best and most professional way. He needed to inform Energex due to the nature of the fault which he did. He then immediately informed me and advised what needs to happen to resolve this. Our home was due for a switchboard upgrade and it was determined that this step would allow for easier fault finding of this earth leakage issue. So I immediately engaged Logan to do this, and by lunchtime the next morning I had a tidy and fresh new (and compliant) switchboard and three fans replaced!
